Return Policy

1.1. The defects of the Goods sold to the customer are eliminated, defective Goods are replaced and returned based on these rules.

1.2.  After purchasing an item of inadequate quality, you have the right to return such item to us within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of its delivery to you. In this case, the defective product will be replaced free of charge with a quality product or the money paid will be returned to you.

1.3. If the part did not fit your car due to our fault, we will exchange such a product and refund the money. If the product did not fit due to the fault of the Customer, the replacement costs are covered by the Customer. In the case of returning goods when the item did not fit due to the customer's fault, the amount will be returned after deducting the price for delivery. In all cases, the return of the product is possible only within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of its delivery to you.

1.4. When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:    
1.4.1. the returned product must be in the original, neat packaging (the packaging cannot contain any changes, it is not allowed to   describe the packaging, directly stick labels, etc.); 136bad5cf58d_

1.4.2. the product must be undamaged by you;

1.4.3. the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn, packaging, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);

1.4.4. the returned item must be in the same package as it was received;

1.4.5. goods were unused;   

1.4.6. the consumer properties of the goods are preserved;

1.5. In order to return the product to us in the above cases, you need to inform us by means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section.

1.6. In cases where goods are exchanged and a price difference occurs during such exchange, you must pay such price difference. 

1.7. The seller is not responsible and does not compensate for any direct or indirect losses of the customer that occurred due to the failure of the product, except for the refund of the money for the defective product or it is replaced with a suitable one. Goods are returned only upon presentation of the purchase document (bank transfer statement).

1.8. The buyer must return the goods to the address specified by the seller together with the document of purchase of the goods (purchase-sale document).

1.9 When returning goods from abroad, the customer pays the costs of sending the goods.
2.0 The product is returned by registered mail.

2.1 Upon receipt of the product, if the product meets the return conditions, the money will be refunded within 14 working days.
