Purchase rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. in the online ordering system owned by MB "Greičius"www.4speed.lttrading is conducted in accordance with these rules.
1.2. The contract for the purchase/sale of goods between the buyer and the seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the buyer, after creating a basket of goods in the e-store, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and being familiar with these rules, clicks the button "Confirm goods order". After the buyer has completed the above steps, the seller sends a confirmation to the e-mail address specified by the buyer that the order has been accepted and indicates the exact price of the product and delivery. The person who orders the goods and confirms the order is considered to be familiar with the rules and unconditionally agrees to all the conditions specified in them.
1.3. After filling out the request, the User becomes a customer of the store who acquires the rights and obligations set forth in the rules.
1.4. The seller has the right to limit the client's rights at any time or to cancel requests, orders, if the client does not comply with the conditions set out in the rules.
1.5. Taking into account the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller has the right to change, correct or supplement the rules at any time without prior warning to the Customer. The new rules come into force from the day they are placed in the Store. Customer orders placed before the change of rules are fulfilled according to the rules valid at the time of placing the order.
1.6. The seller is not responsible and does not compensate the client for any damage caused by non-compliance with the conditions stipulated in the rules.
2. Product price and payment
2.1. In the product order, the product prices are indicated with VAT.
2.2. The shipping fee is indicated when the order is created until it is confirmed.
2.3. When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to pay for the goods on time.
3. Ordering goods
3.1. After choosing the product he needs, the customer submits an order to the seller. The order confirmed by the customer is sent to the seller automatically (after clicking "Confirm").
3.2. Every time the customer confirms the order, he confirms that he agrees with the rules in force at that moment.
3.3. When confirming the order, the customer undertakes to check whether all his personal data are correct. If the customer finds inconsistencies, he undertakes to immediately correct the data and only then confirm the order.
3.4. The product order is being processed.
3.4.1. After the customer has made the payment, after the money has been debited to the Seller's account;
3.5. When filling the order, the customer indicates the individual characteristics of the product, the quantity, the person who will accept the goods (when the goods are not accepted by the customer himself) and other data necessary for the delivery of the goods.
3.6. When the Customer wants the Goods to be delivered to another address or to be received by a different recipient, the new delivery address and the recipient's details are specified in the order.
3.7. The order is considered submitted to the seller only from the moment the seller receives it.
3.8. The seller accepts and confirms only correctly completed orders.
3.9. The seller confirms the order submitted by the customer automatically from the moment of its receipt and starts executing it after receiving the payment to the seller's account.
